Jeff Warner - Pastor & President

My life has been changed by Jesus and I am still in awe of His love. I am primarily responsible for the overall leadership of the church and I am also the teaching pastor. I have a passion to see people encounter His love and grace and to become all that He created them to be. I desperately want to help people experience the hope and forgiveness of Jesus. Three “P’s” best describe my sweet spot of life: People, Projects & Preaching. I hope you’ll give us the opportunity to serve and support you as you check out MCF.

Jim Thompson - Vice President

I was raised in a Christian family and attended church every Sunday. But it was when I joined MCFstudents in 2000 as a freshman at the University of Maryland that my faith in Jesus became my own. Through MCF, I’ve enjoyed many great experiences, including mission trips to Nicaragua and Amsterdam, summer leadership training programs, facilitating small groups, and helping with outreach events. Also, I met my wife, Alondra, through MCF.

In addition to serving on The Board, I am a worship leader and mentor to other leaders. I hope to help others build their life around Jesus and His gospel.

Nadine Frederique - Secretary

I encountered Jesus when I was 13 and my life has never been the same. I am originally from NJ and came to Maryland for college, where I found MCF as in 2001. It was through MCF that I met friends who were my age and living their lives on fire for Jesus. I wanted that fire too! After much prayer, I decided to stay in Maryland and pursue my PhD. Through those years, the Lord shaped me and helped me to grow in so many ways.
